The DMS Volvo Penta Deluxe Control Panel is a premium upgrade for original Volvo Penta engine panels, suitable for installations with or without a key switch.
Manufactured using marine-grade tinned copper wiring, sealed IP68-rated switches, and fully waterproof analogue instrumentation, this panel is engineered for maximum durability in harsh marine environments.
Unlike standard warning-only panels, this Deluxe version upgrades your existing setup to provide real-time oil pressure and coolant temperature readings, using dual-pole VDO sensors, while retaining all original alarm and protection functions.
The panel connects directly to your existing Volvo Penta engine wiring harness and requires no modification to the engine or loom, just two separate wires fed from .

Installation
Installation is straightforward:
- Remove the existing oil pressure and water temperature sensors
- Install the supplied dual-pole VDO sensors
- Connect the existing alarm wires and new gauge signal wires to the additional sensor terminals
- Secure and cable-tie any loose wiring
- Remove the old panel and plug in the new panel
- Secure the panel to the bulkhead using the supplied fixings
For external installations, use the supplied gasket or an appropriate marine gasket sealant between the panel and the bulkhead.
